Refunds are not available for the following:

More than 30 days before departure: You will receive a full refund minus any non-refundable administrative or processing fees.
Between 15 to 30 days before departure: You will receive a partial refund, typically 50% of the total booking amount.
Less than 15 days before departure: No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 15 days of the tour departure date.
Please note that refunds are not applicable if the customer cancels due to reasons outside of our control (e.g., personal emergencies, travel restrictions, or inclement weather).
